Service Description

This 60 minute coaching session covers whatever your issue is. Whether that may be a mental health issue, family dynamics related issue, educational related issue, career related issue, relationships, business related or ADHD holding you back from unlocking your power! Don’t worry I have your back! With this coaching session, it is 1 hour long and we use different techniques to identify the issue behind the issue and put small achievable goals in place gradually to achieve the end result!
